Dave Hamann – President

For more than 26 years, Dave has worked on a variety of Sales and Marketing jobs that range from national brand companies to store brand programs.  Dave's ex[erience includes Campbell Soup, Pace Foods, The Chinet Company and San Antonio Farms Antonio Farms. 

Michael Kennedy - Operations

With 18 years of food manufacturing experience, Mike knows how to run an efficient and optimally-maintained manufacturing plant.  After receiving his Industrial Engineering degree from Texas A&M, Mike worked for the largest salsa brands in the nation, Tostitos and Pace.  His work experience also includes running the salsa and pasta sauce plants for some of the largest store brand programs in the nation.  Mike’s extensive experience in manufacturing salsa and pasta sauce has made it possible for SimplyFresco to produce great tasting salsas and pasta sauces.  Mike’s passion for detail and quality is evident in each and every product we manufacture.

Ricardo Rodriguez – Founding Member

For over 14 years, Ricardo has worked on a variety of Marketing jobs that have ranged from national brand companies to nationally recognized store brand programs.  His experience with companies such as General Mills, Pepsi-Cola, H-E-B Grocery and San Antonio Farms have provided him with a keen understanding of what it takes to develop successful new items and solid store brand relationships. 

Teresa Dresner - Founding Member - Board Member

Tere is a Senior Professional in Human Resources with 20 years of experience.  She has led the HR function for a private equity fund and Pace Foods, a leading salsa brand manufacturer.   Additionally, Tere has held positions of leadership as Interim President of Desert Glory, grower of Nature Sweet™ Tomatoes and Ecce Panis®, a specialty branded artisan bread company.  Her experience as Senior Staff Member and Board Member for numerous organizations, allow her to participate in setting direction and strategic goals for SimplyFresco.  Tere is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at the University of the Incarnate Word.
